Description
Besan is ground from whole, unpolished desi chana (not the larger kabuli chickpea) — which gives it a deeper flavour, richer colour, and significantly higher protein content. Stone-ground in small batches to preserve natural oils and nutrients, it's finer in texture and far more flavourful than commercial versions. Zero additives, zero bleaching — just pure, honest chickpea flour.
